VIETNATURE POLICY

Vietnam grants citizens of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland visa-free entry for stays of up to 45 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport type or purpose of entry, provided they meet all entry requirements under Vietnamese law.

Free for autistic children and orphans, when accompanied by an adult

Children under 5 years old: Free for the first child. A second child is charged 50% of the tour price. Both sleep with parents.

Children aged 5 to under 10 years: Charged 75% of the tour price. Sleep with parents.

Children aged 10 and above: Charged 100% of the tour price, same as adult rate.

Certain services are offered free of charge to autistic children, orphans, and individuals who actively contribute to nature conservation, subject to validation by official nature conservation institutions.

Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Reservation 

We are delighted to hear that you are interested in visiting Cat Tien National Park. To facilitate your visit, we recommend booking in advance. This allows us to schedule your reservation, prepare the necessary services, and arrange your tour efficiently, helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Tour cancellation

Cancellation time is calculated based on the scheduled departure time.

▪ 7 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee

▪ Less than 7 days/ No-show: 100% cancellation fee

The cancellation period is calculated based on working days and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. All refunds to the client will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. The service charge of the refund is US$ 50 per time. Refunds do not include bank transaction fees and VAT.

Vietnature Tour confirms that the service details will be sent to you by email, WhatsApp, Zalo, or through your preferred communication channel.

Payment & Empathetic 

We prioritize payments in cash in US$ or VND (or, if applicable by Visa or Mastercard).

We encourage weekday travel to avoid peak crowds. Tet (Viet nam lunar new year) and public holiday (The client will receive a notification beforehand).

If the tour is canceled due to force majeure—such as natural disasters or events beyond our control—we will offer an alternative plan or negotiate a mutually beneficial solution for the customer.

if you cancel the tour without a valid reason, all fees and related costs will apply.
