Important notes

Privacy Commitment: At VIETNATURE, we value your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to organize and deliver your tour experience. All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are shared solely with relevant authorities and partner hotels—and only with your explicit consent.

Clothing & Equipment: For your comfort and safety, wear dark-colored, well-fitted clothing to help protect against insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies. Please bring essential items including insect repellent (spray or ointment), a flashlight, lighter, small knife, and any personal medical supplies you may require.

Dry Season: Temperatures typically range between 28°C to 32°C (82°F to 90°F). Pack sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, lightweight and moisture-wicking clothing, sandals, and an ample supply of drinking water.

Rainy Season: Temperatures typically range between 24°C and 30°C (75°F to 86°F). Don’t forget a raincoat or waterproof jacket, along with anti-leech socks or shoes.

Wildlife Observation: When encountering wild animals, always maintain a safe distance—never tease or attempt to approach them. Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times. Keep in mind that animals typically avoid areas with bright colors, loud noises, and heavy foot traffic. VIETNATURE provides guidance and checklist to help you identify various species throughout your journey.

Tips for Photography and Wildlife Viewing: Capturing stunning wildlife photos requires both patience and technique. Please be considerate of fellow travelers and allow everyone a fair opportunity to observe and photograph. Species are most visible in dim light—early mornings, late afternoons, and shaded areas like dense foliage, bushes, and water edges. The rainy season and evergreen forests offer shelter, making it easier for them to remain hidden. In the dry season, especially at noon or during breeding periods, their activity decreases noticeably.

Safety Reminder: For a safe and immersive experience, we strongly recommend staying with your tour guide. They’ll help you better understand the natural environment and ensure a comprehensive forest adventure. Do not separate from the group, and note that guests are responsible for their own actions during the tour.
Health and Insuance: VIETNATURE provides a first aid kit tailored to the destination. Ensure you are in good health before participating in a tour. Our package includes travel insurance for the duration and location of the tour. Please note that insurance does not cover risks or cancellations outside the tour’s scope.

Thank you for your attention. Best of luck!
